This 2.5L BC stroker kit for the Mitsubishi 4G64 block/4G63 head incorporates a 4340 billet 102mm stroke, 7 bolt crank. The stroker kit utilizes premium steel billet connecting rods. As usual, each BC kit features custom CP pistons (choice of bore/compression), highest quality, steel alloy wrist pins, full ring pack and buttons. ProH2K rods are +6mm longer length and rated up to 600 maximum horsepower.

BC Crankshafts:
BC crankshafts are crafted from premium aerospace grade 4340 steel billet material. They are CNC machined on advanced 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV machines to exacting tolerances of .0001″. Each crankshaft features large radius journals for added rigidity, suitable for high horsepower, high boost, and high RPM applications. They have gun-drilled, CNC-ground oil holes with a smooth surface for optimal oiling, teardropped for extra oil scoop, cross-drilled for priority main feeding to the rods, and micro-polished to a mirror finish for excellent bearing lubricity. All cranks undergo stress relieving, shot peening, magna flux inspection, and nitriding for ultimate performance. The fully profiled counterweights reduce windage through the crankcase, minimizing oil resistance for better RPM potential.
BC Connecting Rods:
BC connecting rods are CNC machined from aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet and are available in either the European-influenced H-beam or the traditional I-beam design, depending on the application. Each rod features a deep, double-ribbed cap that ensures the big end housing bore remains true at high RPMs, maintaining uniform bearing crush for proper clearances, superior oil supply, and maximum load-carrying capacity. H-beam rods have a deep radial groove pin bushing and oil holes at the 5 and 7 o’clock positions, utilizing the beam as a trough for critical wrist pin lubrication. I-beam rods include an oil hole at the 12 o’clock position to keep the pin end bore true under high boost. Both types are available with a choice of ARP2000 fasteners (rated to 210,000 psi) or the high-performance ARP Custom Age 625+ fasteners (rated to 280,000 psi).
