The Boost Logic heat management packages are an available upgrade for the Boost Logic R8/Huracan twin turbo kits helping to shield and isolate heat to reduce turbo lag and lower intake temps. The kits are slightly different between the models, so please be sure to select the correct kit in the menu.

The Thermal Barriers are designed to reflect heat from heat underneath the intercoolers to aid in keeping your cooling system as efficient as possible. They are constructed from glass fiber mat interwoven with glass filament yarn, laminated with a 0.1mm thick imprinted aluminum foil, and equipped with a high-quality self-adhesive material based on acrylate.
The Wastegate Blankets are designed to help minimize the heat soak transfer between the main body and actuator body of the wastegate. In doing so, we can help alleviate actuator diaphragm stress while in use, especially under extreme loads, due to extreme heat and dramatic temperature fluctuations. Results will be a more stable operation of the wastegate valve allowing consistent performance of the turbocharger. Additionally they protect any nearby lines or components from the heat on the main body of the wastegate.
Turbo Blankets isolate the heat produced by your turbocharger with the purpose of reducing turbo lag, cooler air intake temperatures, protecting and prolonging near by components, and giving a boost in horsepower.
In keeping the exhaust gases within the turbocharger hot, turbocharger efficiency is improved. Also by keeping the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger and away from the cool side of the turbocharger and the intake path, more oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, and thus, more power can be achieved.
These Blankets are constructed with an outer layer made from pulverized volcanic lava rock (Rated 1800°F Direct Heat / 2500°F Radiant Heat) formed into fabric and woven into a tight mesh weave, these turbo blankets are internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (Rated 1832°F Continuous / 2300°F Peak) overlaid with a high temperature stainless steel mesh for increased durability and improved thermal resistance. These Turbo Blankets are designed to withstand the harshest of conditions.
